EWOG-MDS SCT JMML 06
All patients with JMML are also enrolled in the EWOG-MDS 2006 study. The study EWOG-MDS SCT JMML 08 analyses the mininmal residual disease of JMML patients before and after allogenic SCT and chimerism.
The primary objective of the study EWOG-MDS SCT JMML 08 are:
- Analysis of chimerism by STR in all JMML patients after SCT with a preparative regimen with busulfan, cyclophosphamide and melphalan on day 0, 15, then weekly until the end of immunosuppression
The secodary objectives of the study are:
- Analysis of chimerism by SNP-method in all JMML patients after SCT with and without RAS or PTPN11 mutations day 0, 15, 30, 45, 60, 75, 90 or until the end of immunosuppression
- Analysis of MRD after SCT in patients with JMML and RAS or PTPN11 mutation with a preparative regimen with busulfan, cyclophosphamide and melphalan on day 0, 15, 30, 45, 60, 75, 90 or until the end of immunosuppression
- Analysis of RAS or PTPN11 mutations by DHPLC in JMML patients with known mutation before and after transplantation day 0, 15, 30, 45, 60, 75, 90 or until the end of immunosuppression
- Analysis of chimerism, MRD and DHPLC in JMML patients with relapse of disease after SCT
- Analysis of MRD in patients with JMML and RAS or PTPN11 mutation without SCT every 3 months
