For the purpose of testing new organisation and management structures, the Supervisory Board may decide to < ... > implement structures differing from existing organisation and management structures. The Supervisory Board is also authorised to introduce new terms for individual branches of the University Medical Center and their management and may also reallocate the competencies between the different departments and < ... > clinics. Any such models shall be only valid for initially 5 years, and be evaluated before expiry. A prolongation is possible.
