Choice of Services
Regardless of how you are insured, you have the possibility to choose certain services such as a one or two bedded room or treatment by the head of the department. If you are covered by a public health insurance plan, you must pay for these additional costs if you do not have supplemental insurance. You are also responsible for the extra costs if your private health insurance plan does not cover these services. Please clarify what your insurance will cover before your admission to the hospital. Please note that all medical services involved in your care (e.g. services by anaesthesiologists, laboratory physicians, radiologists, etc.) are charged separately. If you intend to take advantage of a choice of service, please contact our Admissions Office .

This agreement will detail the extra costs (see also Choice of Services ).

Valuables
As the hospital does not accept responsibility for the loss of valuables or cash, we advise you to leave these items at home.

Waiting Times
Emergency cases take priority. For this reason, things can sometimes take longer than planned. We ask for your understanding. We will make every effort to reduce your waiting time to a minimum. A book or a magazine will help during these waiting times.
