Environmental medicine
Our research activities focus on the impact of pharmaceuticals on humans and on the environment. We develop analytical methods for the detection of chemicals and pharmaceuticals in complex environmental matrices and in humans. We provide evidence of their existence, investigate their behaviour in and their impact on the environment. We identify and evaluate the individual risks involved..
