Methodisches Spektrum: u.a. DNA/RNA-PCR, Realtime-PCR, SNP-Analysen, Microarray Analysen unterschiedlicher Plattformen (Affymterix und ATR) einschließlich aCGH, Expression- und Spleißarrays. Auf der Seite der Gewebeanalytik verwenden wir Gewebe- und Zellkulturarrays in Kombination mit den unterschiedlichsten Möglichkeiten der in situ Hybridisierungen (FISH, DISH, RISH und CISH). Diese werden komplementiert durch Proteinanalytik, z.B. Immunhistochemie und Western-Blotting.
