Courses for Principal Investigators
The aim of the course is to impart knowledge to participants on the planning and conducting of a trial. They will receive an overview regarding all relevant responsibilities and be made aware of how to deal with specific problems. They are trained to recognise in which areas professional support from other disciplines is necessary. The aim of the course is not to qualify participants to independently carry out all necessary tasks in the design, preparation and conducting of trials. The focus of the course is on the time needed for a study: conception, trial preparation, conducting, evaluation, publication. The content of the course in listed in detail in the handbook.
