Training, Education, and Continuing Education
The conduct of clinical trials is becoming constantly more complex. In order to ensure the quality of clinical trials specialist knowledge and compliance with international standards are necessary. The courses offered by the Clinical Trials Unit Freiburg impart knowledge regarding the principles and methodologies involved in clinical trials and introduce the current regulations and organisational aspect of their conduct. In this way, the thematic spectrum extends from the planning of a trial to legal questions, compliance with Good Clinical Practice (ICH-GCP), the creation of trial documents through to quality control and data management. The courses we offer should facilitate competent/expert and goal-oriented work in clinical trials. The Clinical Trials Unit makes this possible through its qualified and expert lecturers and cooperates in the conduct of the course with, among others, universities, research facilities and networks as well as industry.
