The interdisciplinary symposium is aimed at medical and psychotherapeutic professionals who work in the care of people with gender incongruence or who would like to explore the topic in greater depth. The event will examine the transition process from various professional perspectives, including pediatrics, endocrinology, gynecology, psychotherapy, and surgery. The aim is to present the spectrum of medical and therapeutic measures and to highlight the cooperation between the disciplines involved. In addition to technical basics, surgical and non-surgical treatment approaches as well as psychosocial aspects will be discussed. The symposium offers space for interdisciplinary exchange and is aimed at physicians, therapists, and other professionals in the healthcare sector.
