Create - bake - decorate

Pastry chefs make delicious cakes, pastries, desserts, chocolates and party pastries.

They work with recipes, calculate the required quantities, weigh and measure them precisely.

They work by hand or with machines and equipment.

They garnish, sugar, glaze and present baked goods and also help advise customers.
