Medical controlling
The Medical Controlling department under the Chief Medical Director is the contact and communication partner for all documentation and coding issues relating to the inpatient billing systems (DRG, PEPP, etc.) for the medical and administrative areas of the University Hospital. Its aim is to sustainably optimize revenue assurance, as only complete and correct documentation and coding will ensure the University Hospital's healthy economic situation in the long term.
