The Project Management unit is the central project management office (PMO) for business division 3. It supports the professional, efficient and sustainable implementation of projects - from the initial idea through to successful completion.
As the central point of contact, the unit offers advice, planning, management and coordination of projects. It also supports project portfolio management in order to manage projects strategically and present them transparently. In addition, the staff unit is also responsible for managing projects, particularly those with high strategic or cross-divisional significance.
