• Improving the medical care situation for children with diabetes, congenital hormonal or metabolic diseases, improving advice for affected parents.
• Improving training opportunities for those affected and their parents as part of further training.
• Development of training courses for those affected and their parents outside the clinic.
• Development of weekend and vacation camps with training for affected children.
• Maintaining special outpatient clinics with as few changing care teams as possible, because every young chronically ill patient needs the same doctor as a trusted person for a long time.
