- Approach a potential new employee from your circle of acquaintances for one of the above-mentioned areas and recruit them for the University Hospital.
- Fill out the form and pass it on to the potential new employee as an online document or as a printout.
- Your acquaintance encloses the form with the application. (It is essential that the form is enclosed with the application. Independent submission of the form at a later date will not be accepted).
- If the applicant is hired, you will be notified. After the successful completion of the probationary period of the recruited person, you will automatically receive the cash bonus. In the case of fixed-term employment contracts, you will receive 50% of the bonus after half of the fixed-term period and 50% if the employee is successfully taken on as a permanent employee. If you recruit an employee who is employed on a part-time basis, you will receive 25% of the bonus.
Conditions of participation
1 The prerequisite for participation is an existing employment or training relationship with the University Medical Center Freiburg (UKF), UKF Reha GmbH or the state of Baden-Württemberg. For state employees, the service/work must be performed for the UKF.
All persons involved in the application process are excluded from the program.
When recruiting new employees, only trained specialists will be considered. Trainees are excluded from this program. However, trainees may recruit new employees themselves.
Furthermore, the recruited person must not have been employed at UKF or a subsidiary for the last three years. This also applies to trainees and graduates of the Academy for Medical Professions, the Bildungshaus Pflege and cooperation partners.
The employee who is to receive the bonus must be in one of the above-mentioned employment relationships at the time of payment.
It is imperative that the form is enclosed with the application. A later independent submission of the form will not be recognized.
The program only applies to the areas listed and participation is not possible retroactively.
