Magnet4Europe - the hospital on the way to becoming a Magnet® hospital

Magnet4Europe is a study on the organizational transformation of hospitals and is funded by the EU Commission as part of the Horizon 2020 programme for research and innovation. The study runs until December 2023.
The "Magnet Hospital" quality seal recognizes hospitals for their quality of care, particularly in the USA. As part of the Magnet4Europe study, the Magnet® model is being evaluated in Europe with regard to changes in the working environment, effects on the quality of patient care and the well-being of medical and nursing staff in hospitals.
