Central billing

The University Medical Center Freiburg offers a wide range of treatment options. All inpatient and outpatient services are billed by the department.

In addition, the department also communicates with the cost bearers via electronic data carrier exchange. If you have any questions about your hospital invoice, please contact the responsible person, whose name, telephone number and e-mail address are listed on every invoice.

Other tasks include

• Processing patient-related patient transport invoices
• the implementation of special billing forms such as inpatient rehab, measures for transplant preparation, billing for remedies and aids; integration contracts and much more.

The organization and processing of hospital liquidation in the private and optional medical sector is a further focus.
