The area of responsibility of "Patient Services and Document Management" essentially comprises the entire administrative process, from registration to discharge of outpatients and inpatients.

The recording of outpatient services is also part of the department's remit.

In addition, the organization of internal work processes, in cooperation with the medical and nursing services, is part of the range of tasks.
