As a Level I university hospital, we offer you an interesting and varied workplace.

You will be able to work in the delivery room with the adjoining high-risk pregnancy ward, where 6 women with special obstetric risks such as placenta previa, early premature rupture of membranes etc. can be cared for. This represents a new care concept for the safe care of these pregnant women in close proximity to the delivery room. Another option is the combined antenatal and postnatal ward.

Its area of responsibility includes

• individual care of expectant mothers and parents in the delivery room before, during and after the birth
• Independent delivery without complications with medical support and initial care of newborns
• Promotion of natural birth
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with our medical team and the maternity ward
• Active assistance in the implementation of family-oriented professional obstetrics
• Psychosocial support and guidance for expectant mothers and their relatives
