Patient Survey 2022 from the Tumorzentrum Freiburg-CCCF

In June 2022, the Tumor Center conducted a patient satisfaction survey. 531 patients who were diagnosed and treated in our certified organ cancer centers received a questionnaire.
The overall response rate was 61%, with the skin tumor center having the highest rate at 70%. The overall results are very pleasing: on average, an overall grade of 1.8 (school grade) was given. The Neurooncology Center received the top grade of 1.4.
97% of patients would recommend the Tumor Center Freiburg - CCCF to family members or friends.
Our conclusion from the survey: The contact of relatives to the clinic is very important. Many patients appreciate the interdisciplinary care and the awareness and use of the possibility to participate in studies has increased. Overall, we are pleased with the good results and will make possible improvements after a more detailed evaluation.
