Nursing care in the interdisciplinary emergency center (UNZ)
We are the first port of call for emergencies in the region!We are the first port of call for patients with acute, sometimes life-threatening complaints - around the clock, 365 days a year. Around 50,000 patients a year are treated at our center, including over 2,000 severely injured or critically ill patients.
Because emergency symptoms are often unspecific, experts from various disciplines work closely together in our emergency center on an interdisciplinary basis. Teamwork is more than just a word for us, it is something we live by every day.
...approx. 2000 patients a year who come to our trauma rooms seriously injured/ill,
...therefore monthly, interdisciplinary simulation training!
...and also approx. 100 resuscitations per year,
...therefore monthly interdisciplinary resuscitation training!
Plus regular ERC in-house courses!
...whether professional or amateur craftsmen*, culinary artists* or pyrotechnicians*, we have the right wound care for everyone!
...with around 50,000 patients every year and every condition is different,
...therefore qualified initial assessment according to ESI (emergency severity index).
...mountain bikers in summer and skiers in winter,
...plaster training by our certified bandage and plaster specialist!

In order to be able to do this at all times, we offer our employees an extensive range of supplementary seminars in addition to special training and further training in emergency medicine.
