Regine von Rudloff-Zeibig
September 19 to October 24: DrawingAfter the welcoming address by Managing Medical Director Prof. Dr. Neumann, Anke Ohnmacht played pieces by Telemann, Bach and Yun on the violin.
In a brilliant speech, Dr. Antje Lechleiter gave an insight into the techniques and working methods of the artists. In addition to biographical data, she particularly emphasized the "finding of works": What preparatory work, considerations or inspirations led to the "painterly drawings" by Regine von Rudloff-Zeibig or the vegetal or constructive-looking sculptures by Jürg Müller?
The artist, who works in Horben in the Black Forest and was born in Pomerania, trained at the Wuppertal Werkkunstschule.
Some of her drawings are based on earlier representational watercolors. Vegetable structures and landscape elements are condensed into abstract patterns. The self-organization of the compositions can be traced in the works. Her drawings seem to reveal the inner life of nature and make it vivid.
