Voluntary pastoral care

In addition to the full-time chaplains, there is a team of volunteer chaplains at the Freiburg site who are each responsible for a ward assigned to them and make visits once a week. There are currently 15 women and men providing this voluntary service. They have previously qualified in pastoral care courses.

As full-time and volunteer chaplains, we are bound to confidentiality, which means that everything you entrust to us stays with us and does not go outside.
