If you enjoy reading, take advantage of the free patient library with over 6,000 current titles. At the Central Hospital, a member of staff will come to your ward once a week with a large selection of novels, bestsellers, non-fiction books, thrillers, illustrated books and medical guides.

You will also find books in English, French, Spanish, Italian, Croatian, Turkish, Arabic, Polish, Albanian and Russian in the patient library.

You can also borrow audio books and the appropriate audio player.

The patient library is located on the top floor of the Medical Clinic. It is open on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 8.00 - 9.00 am and 2.00 - 3.00 pm. Outside opening hours, you are welcome to make your book requests by telephone or e-mail.
