Telephone/Internet
On most wards at Freiburg University Medical Center, you can listen to the radio, watch TV, make phone calls, surf the Internet and find out about your hospital stay via a touch screen right by your bed.
These basic functions are free of charge:

- Internet access
- WLAN
- Games
One-day and multi-day passes are available for the telephone flat rate to landlines and mobile networks in the EU and Switzerland as well as for pay TV and eMagazines. These can be purchased online via the touch screen and at the kiosks on the clinic grounds.
In the other areas, telephones, TV sets and radio receivers are available in almost all rooms.
In addition, all patients can use WLAN free of charge during their stay
