The Project Management staff unit is the central project management office (PMO) for Business Unit 3. It supports the professional, efficient and sustainable implementation of projects - from the initial idea to successful completion.
As the central point of contact, the staff unit offers advice, planning, management and coordination of projects. It also supports project portfolio management in order to strategically manage and transparently present projects as a whole. In addition, the staff unit is also responsible for managing projects, particularly those with high strategic or cross-divisional significance.
