"My miraculous healing"

On January 18, 2017, Stefanie Gleising will read from her book in Freiburg about the miracle of spontaneous healing after her four-year battle against breast cancer

"I actually experienced a miracle. With a life expectancy of just a few weeks, I came to the hospice to die in September 2014. People came to say goodbye to me every day. But instead of dying - I got better every day. After about six weeks, I was able to leave the hospice walking, with my ability to speak fully restored. [...] So far, there is no really conclusive explanation for this." This is how Stefanie Gleising describes the miracle of her recovery after a four-year battle against breast cancer, during which she exhausted all conventional and alternative medical treatment options. Everything seemed to be in vain and she and her family braced themselves for the worst: She was going to die. But things turned out differently. Psychologist Stefanie Gleising lives near Giessen with her husband and two children. She will be reading from her book in Freiburg on January 18.
