The Equal Opportunities Officer at the University Medical Center is the point of contact for non-academic staff working in nursing care, service, technology, and Administration who are assigned to the Commercial Management department.
You are welcome to discuss topics such as family-friendly working hours, opportunities for part-time employment and teleworking, advanced training and qualification measures, filling vacancies, and planning your return to work after parental leave, leave of absence, or nursing care for relatives in a personal consultation with me. I can also advise you if you are confronted with conflicts in the workplace or any form of sexual harassment or stalking in the workplace.
