The 24-hour information desk of the Surgical Clinics of the Medical Center - University of Freiburg has moved from the park side to the north side at the entrance by the railroad line

Since mid-March, patients have been able to find the 24-hour surgery information desk on the first floor on the north side of the Surgical Clinics of the Medical Center - University of Freiburg. The new location is in Sir-Hans-A.-Krebs-Straße at the entrance coming from the railroad line - between the University Emergency Center and the registration desks for patients of the surgical clinics.

The previous location of the 24-hour information desk on the park side is permanently closed. If you still want to go to the information desk via this entrance, simply follow the red footprints on the floor. They show the way to the new location. "Our information desk is at the heart of directing patients to the right place," says Michaela Nitz, Head of Patient Services in the Department and Patient Management Business Unit at the Medical Center - University of Freiburg. The conversion took about a year.
