Lecture series on women's health issues starts again
Lectures at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Medical Center - University of Freiburg on topics including contraception, endometriosis and prenatal diagnostics / Series starts on March 17 with a lecture on menopause
Unfulfilled desire to have children, treatment options for breast or genital cancer, painful periods: there are many health issues and clinical pictures where well-founded information is crucial for those affected. The Women's Health Center of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Medical Center - University of Freiburg therefore organizes the online seminar series "Knowledge helps" with lectures on questions that concern many women. The 2021 annual program of the online seminar series has now been published. It starts on Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at 6 p.m. with the topic "Well through the menopause".
"With our seminar series, we are creating an informative digital offer for those affected, relatives and interested parties who would like to find out more, even under pandemic conditions. My colleagues and I are looking forward to the exchange," says Prof. Dr. Ingolf Juhasz-Böss, Medical Director of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Medical Center - University of Freiburg.
Participants will receive important information in a one-hour lecture and then have the opportunity to ask questions and talk to the experts. Participation in the online lectures is free of charge.
