How are soul, body and mind connected? This overarching question connects the online lectures of the interdisciplinary Psychosomatic Tuesday Colloquium of the Department of Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy at the Medical Center - University of Freiburg. The speakers offer exciting insights into the current state of research on psychosomatic medicine and psychotherapy. They will also explore fundamental questions about understanding human existence today, even beyond the boundaries of their specialist field. This summer semester's program includes lectures on topics such as "Dreaming", "The right to laziness" and "Man and nature in resonance".
Dr. Johannes Picht, specialist in psychosomatic medicine and psychotherapy - psychoanalysis in Schlingen, will kick off the interdisciplinary colloquium with his online lecture "Pain and subject - medical-anthropological considerations" on Tuesday, 27 April at 6.30 pm.
