On July 22, 2023, the Medical Center - University of Freiburg will host the Training Day for future career starters / More than 30 apprenticeships, degree programs and internships from all areas will be presented

On Saturday, July 22, 2023, the Medical Center - University of Freiburg will be holding its Training Day. From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Personalcasino at Killianstraße 2, interested parties can find out about the many opportunities to start a career at the Medical Center - University of Freiburg.

More than 30 training occupations, study programs and internships will be presented on Training Day. The diverse range of training opportunities includes professions in the medical-technical, nursing, commercial, industrial and service-oriented fields. The International Federation will also be represented, providing information about the Voluntary Social Year (FSJ) and the Federal Voluntary Service (BFD).

Interested parties can talk to the school management, teachers, trainers, trainees and other contact persons in person at the numerous stands and get a taste of the various professional fields with exciting hands-on activities. Among other things, visitors can have their blood values determined, learn how to apply a bandage properly or put their skills to the test as part of the surgical team. During guided tours, they will also learn interesting facts about the work in the central kitchen, the laundry and the Department of Radiology.

This year, there is also the opportunity to take part in the Trainee JobSpeed Dating from 11.30 am to 3.30 pm. Interested parties can book a 15-minute speed dating session for a training occupation of their choice - as long as there are places available.
