The right diet for prostate cancer
On Tuesday, September 26, a lecture on nutrition after prostate cancer will take place at the Medical Center - University of Freiburg
Patients and relatives will receive information about rehabilitation after prostate cancer on Tuesday, September 26 at 7 pm. The self-help group Prostatakrebs Freiburg e.V., in cooperation with the Clinic for Oncological Rehabilitation of the Medical Center - University of Freiburg, invites you to a lecture in the large seminar room of the Tumor Biology Clinic at Breisacher Straße 117.
An expert from the Medical Center - University of Freiburg will talk about the health-promoting aspects of nutrition for successful rehabilitation after prostate cancer. After the lecture, the expert will be available to answer questions. Attendance is free of charge. Registration is not required.
The way back to everyday life
Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men in Germany. Thanks to modern therapies, many men are now cured of prostate cancer or can live well with their disease for years. After surgery, radiotherapy or drug therapy, rehabilitation is a crucial link in the treatment chain, as it can alleviate or even prevent many physical and mental limitations.
