Whether heart problems, eating disorders, tick bites or diabetes in children - the University Medical Center Freiburg's AI podcast "Short and Healthy" offers compact, first-hand medical knowledge in just a few minutes. The tenth episode of the "Short and Healthy" podcast generated using artificial intelligence has now been released. The episodes are available on popular podcast platforms such as Spotify, Apple Podcasts and YouTube.
Short and sweet: a variety of topics from research and clinical practice
The podcasts are based on factually and professionally verified publications from the hospital on a wide range of medical topics - from midwife circles to abdominal aortic screening and liver health. An AI voice takes over the moderation. The original voices of the experts can also be heard in some of the quotes. "We use the podcast to make medical knowledge accessible in a short, understandable form. Artificial intelligence helps us to prepare the content quickly, simply and in the style of a podcast," says Johannes Faber, press spokesman for the University Medical Center Freiburg.
