"Deaf children learn to hear"

The association "Taube Kinder lernen hören e.V." supports the medical and therapeutic care of deaf children. Every day, one or two children are born in Germany who cannot hear. Most of them learn to hear with the help of a cochlear implant and thus also to speak. The association "Deaf children learn to hear" informs the public and raises money for research, technical development and equipment for the Cochlear Implant Center Freiburg at the University Medical Center Freiburg.
