Works without names: Vernissage at the Erich Lexer Clinic
An exhibition of paintings by Andrea Wilcke will open at the Erich Lexer Clinic on November 13, 2019
Creativity and imagination, which were already evident in her childhood, and an eye for nature in its forms and colors, led the artist Andrea Wilcke to painting. Her "works without names" encourage the viewer to give free rein to their own imagination and then use their personal perception to find their own interpretations. Her painting exhibition will open with a vernissage on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at 5 pm at the Erich-Lexer-Klinik, Breisacherstraße 84b in Freiburg. The exhibition can be viewed until Friday, December 20, 2019 from Monday to Friday between 8 am and 4 pm.
The artist Andrea Wilcke lives and works in Ihringen am Kaiserstuhl. She creates many of the images in her head during long walks with her dog. Each realization of her fantasies is a new challenge. She uses acrylic paint and various raw materials from nature such as concrete, marble powder, sand or wood shavings.
