(04.02.2025) February 4, 2025 marks the 25th anniversary of World Cancer Day. The Tumor Center Freiburg - CCCF offers the best possible diagnostics, therapy and aftercare and always has the individual needs of its cancer patients in mind.

"Unique together" is the motto of this year's World Cancer Day. The motto emphasizes that cancer patients are united by their medical diagnosis, but that behind every cancer treatment is a very personal story with individual needs.

Since its foundation in 2004, the Tumor Center Freiburg - CCCF has focused on these individual needs and the dignity of each individual patient. Our aim is to offer our patients the best diagnostics, therapy and aftercare for them - always at the highest level and based on the latest scientific findings.

The treatment strategy is determined in interdisciplinary conferences (tumor boards), in which doctors from different disciplines consult together and incorporate the latest research findings into treatment planning. Each case is discussed individually to ensure the best possible care. We also offer advanced molecular diagnostics for this purpose. The resulting information can help us to better understand and treat the cancer.

In addition to medical treatment, a team of qualified nursing staff provides comprehensive care for our patients. Our care concept is complemented by a wide range of additional services such as psycho-oncology, social counseling, prevention, nutritional counseling, naturopathy, sports oncology, pastoral care, home care services and palliative care - all with the aim of supporting people in their entirety.
