Wir überwinden Grenzen

The bridging care provided by the Tumor Center Freiburg enables even seriously ill tumor patients to return to their home environment as early as possible. A mobile team of six nurses with special experience in tumor treatment coordinates home care from the day of discharge. The range of assistance is broad: The nursing staff organize the individually required aids, they advise relatives and the nursing services involved in the special care of tumour patients and personally take care of the patients' pain and symptom control.
