Central aid organization
Immediately after discharge, aids may be necessary in certain cases to ensure care in the home environment.
Some forms of care require intensive advice and instruction, e.g. stoma care or parenteral nutrition. Homecare companies can provide support here.
The Central Aids Organization (ZHO) establishes contact with the homecare companies and medical supply stores and initiates the required and desired care.
