The area of responsibility of "Patient Service and Document Management" essentially comprises the complete administrative processing, from registration to discharge of outpatients and inpatients.

The recording of outpatient services is also part of the department's remit.

In addition, the organization of internal work processes, in cooperation with the Medical Service and the Department of Nursing, is part of the range of tasks.
