Pharmacy clerks are the interface between the office and the salesroom in a pharmacy. They order goods, ensure that medicines are stored properly and keep track of orders, deliveries and invoices. Training as a PCA is therefore very varied and full of responsibility.
After completing their training, pharmacy clerks work in front of and behind the scenes of a pharmacy.
