These and other questions will be answered by experts at a physician-patient seminar on the topic of liver and intestine. The Department of Medicine II at the Medical Center - University of Freiburg invites you to attend on

of the Medical Center - University of Freiburg,
Hugstetter Straße 55 in Freiburg,

for an information event followed by a farewell to Professor Dr. Jens Rasenack, long-time physician at the Department of Medicine II of the Medical Center - University of Freiburg.

The event is aimed at physicians, patients, relatives and interested parties. Participation is free of charge. Please register by Friday, January 10, 2020.

Speakers from the Medical Center - University of Freiburg and St. Claraspital Basel will give presentations on new treatment options for chronic liver diseases and the important role of gastrointestinal hormones. Liver diseases through the ages will also be highlighted.

The reason for the information and training event is the farewell of Professor Dr. Jens Rasenack, who will be retiring in February. For several decades, he supervised and designed the liver outpatient clinic, now the Gerok Liver Center, as well as the intestinal outpatient clinic at the Medical Center - University of Freiburg.
