"German Prevention Center proauge" at the Medical Center - University of Freiburg offers self-pay patients scientifically sound advice on preventive care

The German Eye Prevention Center Freiburg/South Baden "proauge" is now offering a new consultation hour. The service offered by the Medical Center - University of Freiburg's Eye Center gives self-paying patients access to cutting-edge university medicine for all questions relating to the prevention of eye diseases.

"Do I have a treatable eye disease? Can I avoid short-sightedness? Would I like to have a family history of eye disease checked? A senior physician from the Department of Ophthalmology at the Medical Center - University of Freiburg is now available to answer these and many other questions for patients at the Prevention Center," says Professor Dr. Thomas Reinhard, Medical Director of the Department of Ophthalmology at the Medical Center - University of Freiburg.

The special consultation hour will take place every Thursday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Eye Center. Interested parties can call 0761/270-40060 or visit the website https://praeventionszentrum-auge.de to make an appointment for the consultation. Patients pay around 100 euros for the service and receive one-off access to cutting-edge university medicine. No referral is necessary. "If you want to get a second opinion, you've come to the right place and will receive a top-class examination from a senior physician," says Professor Reinhard.
