Fruity refreshment on the hospital campus
Medical Center - University of Freiburg distributes ice cream to patients and employees
Summertime is ice cream time: the Medical Center - University of Freiburg gave patients and staff the gift of free fruit ice cream. Today, Wednesday, July 28, 2021, several hard-working helpers distributed the popsicles in the hospital park in front of the surgery department and in parts of the waiting areas and wards. The external clinics and the Bad Krozingen campus were also treated to the ice-cold refreshments.
"An ice cream in between is a welcome way to cool down and a sweet break for our employees and patients to take a deep breath. I would like to wish everyone a wonderful summer on today's last day of school," says Anja Simon, Commercial Director of the Medical Center - University of Freiburg. A total of around 6,000 fruit ice creams were distributed.
