On Saturday, December 2, the Clinic for Oncological Rehabilitation, the Interdisciplinary Pain Center (ISZ) and the Comprehensive Cancer Center Freiburg - CCCF of the Medical Center - University of Freiburg invite you to an Open Day

There are often many questions and concerns about cancer. How can I reduce my risk of cancer? Why does psychotherapy help with chronic pain or exercise therapy with cancer? And what nutritional and additional support options are actually useful? Answers to these and many other questions will be provided on Saturday, December 2 from 9 a.m. to 12 noon at the open day of the three clinics in the building of the Department of Tumor Biology at the Medical Center - University of Freiburg: the Clinic for Oncological Rehabilitation, the Interdisciplinary Cancer Center Freiburg - CCCF and the Comprehensive Cancer Center Freiburg - CCCF.

In addition to guided tours of the premises, short presentations by experts from the various specialist disciplines will provide interesting insights into oncological rehabilitation, cancer therapy, the treatment of chronic pain disorders and nutrition and exercise therapy.

At the same time, visitors can take part in 25-minute taster courses to learn about a variety of bodywork and therapy methods that raise body awareness and enable a more mindful approach to the body. The courses include music therapy, dance therapy, mindfulness exercises, biofeedback and eutony.

There will also be representatives of various self-help groups on site who will be available for personal discussions.
