Wir überwinden Grenzen

The bridging care provided by the Tumor Center Freiburg enables even seriously ill tumor patients to return to their home environment as early as possible. A mobile team of six nurses with special experience in tumor treatment coordinates home care from the day of discharge. The range of assistance is broad: The nurses organize the individually required aids, they advise the relatives and the Department of Nursing involved in the special nursing care of tumour patients and personally take care of the patients' pain and symptom control.
