The Board of Directors manages the University Hospital and conducts the business, prepares the resolutions of the Supervisory Board and implements them. It is responsible for all matters that are not assigned to the Supervisory Board by law or the Articles of Association. As part of its duties, it supervises the facilities of the University Hospital.
