The clinic store is not only an attractive shopping opportunity for employees of the Medical Center - University of Freiburg, but also a learning enterprise for trainees and DH students. We, the trainees and DH students at the hospital, run the clinic store ourselves. Working in the clinic store supports our school and company training and encourages initiative, personal responsibility and the further development of our own skills.

Every year, the Staff Unit Training sends several committed and motivated trainees from various departments to the UK for six weeks. Staying with host families, the trainees get to know life and culture in England. During the first week, the English language is improved through an intensive language course, while the trainees then gain an insight into the British corporate world as part of an internship.

In addition to imparting sound specialist knowledge in the respective training occupation or dual study program, we attach great importance to the further development of our trainees' personal and social skills. We therefore offer our trainees the opportunity to take part in various cross-training projects.

We offer our trainees a wide range of interdisciplinary training courses.
The training courses we offer are particularly practice-oriented and very varied.

Trainees also have access to a wide range of advanced training courses.

We offer affordable accommodation in our staff residences.
