Donations instead of gifts
Are you celebrating a birthday, an anniversary, a wedding, a successful exam or another wonderful event? Then the "Donations instead of gifts" concept is just the thing to share the happiness of your happy occasion with your guests and set up a donation collection box. In this way, you can dispense with gifts from your guests, who can instead donate any amount to your fundraising campaign for the Medical Center - University of Freiburg.
The donation collection box
Of course, you can collect donations from your guests in any way you wish. If you wish, we can send you a donation collection box. You can easily fold it up yourself and set it up at your event.
Order your donation collection box by e-mail spenden@uniklinik-freiburg.de or phone 0761 270-84836 and we will send it to you by post.
Transfer of the donation

You can transfer the collected donations to the following donation account:

If you choose the above purpose, we will receive your amount as a free donation. We will use it where it is most urgently needed.
Of course, you can also select an individual clinic or a special donation project for which you would like to donate. In this case, please contact us by e-mail spenden@uniklinik-freiburg.de or phone 0761 270-84836.
Donation receipt
For donations of up to 300 euros to a non-profit organization, such as the Medical Center - University of Freiburg, a simplified donation receipt for submission to the tax office is permitted. For this purpose, it is sufficient to submit a cash deposit slip, bank booking confirmation or credit card statement containing the following information:
- Name and account number or other means of identification of the donor and recipient
- Amount
- Booking date
- Proof that the payment was actually made
For donations of 301 euros or more, we will automatically send you a donation receipt when you donate via the online donation portal.
If you donate in another way and would like a donation receipt, please send us an e-mail with your address to Spendenbescheinigung@uniklinik-freiburg.de
