On Wednesday, September 15, 2021, the next lecture of the online event series "Knowledge helps" of the Medical Center - University of Freiburg will take place

Is my child healthy? Many parents-to-be ask themselves these questions at the beginning of their pregnancy. In addition to prenatal care, differentiated prenatal diagnostics can help to identify risks for the pregnant woman and diagnose or rule out diseases or disabilities in the foetus. Non-invasive and invasive examinations offer various options for making a statement about the health of the unborn child and enable the best possible preparation for the birth and the start of a child's life.

Interested parties will receive clear information in the online lecture "Prenatal diagnostics - is my child healthy?" on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 from 6 pm to 7 pm. The speakers from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Medical Center - University of Freiburg will be Medical Director Prof. Dr. Ingolf Juhasz-Böss and Senior Physician Dr. Elke Bäz. After the lecture, there will be an opportunity to ask the experts questions.

The event is part of the online seminar series "Knowledge Helps" organized by the Women's Health Center of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Medical Center - University of Freiburg. Participation in the online lectures is free of charge. Registration is required.
