Imagine your company becoming a place where health, motivation and productivity go hand in hand - and you benefit from this at all levels.

SyMOA is an innovative method that analyzes your organization comprehensively. In particular, the seemingly hidden weaknesses but also potentials are detected. Our approach integrates psychodynamic and systemic theories to uncover both visible and unconscious dynamics in your organization. Understanding these dynamics is an essential basis for targeted and effective interventions to optimize organizational resources, processes and structures. SyMOA thus goes far beyond established diagnostic methods, which are predominantly limited to the behavioural level, and sustainably promotes the overcoming of repetitive maladaptive behavioural patterns and resistance to change, which can impair the smooth functioning of your organization.

Why SyMOA?

In the modern working world, organizations are increasingly confronted with complex and deep-rooted challenges that conventional analysis and intervention methods are often unable to adequately address. Changes such as increasing competitive pressure, technological upheavals and the need for a flexible way of working often bring inner tensions, unconscious conflicts and rigid behavioral patterns to the surface.

SyMOA is a powerful method that illuminates your organization in multiple dimensions and provides valuable insights. It provides the holistic understanding of your specific challenges that is necessary for a successful transformation. This makes your organization more resilient, flexible and better prepared for the demands of the modern workplace.

How does SyMOA work?

1. initial consultation & individual customization:

The SyMOA process begins with an initial meeting in which we work together to identify your goals, challenges and expectations of SyMOA. This discussion forms the basis for the specific adaptation of the method to your organization. This enables us to define relevant focal points and tailor-made solutions.

2. multidimensional organizational analysis:

The SyMOA methodology is based on interviews with selected employees at all levels and on-site visits to your organization. With the help of the information obtained in this way, your organization is examined along three key dimensions:

  • Internal level of functioning: we analyze the alignment of technical systems with your organization's human resources and work processes. This identifies consistent patterns of behaviour and interaction within the organization that show how you overcome internal and external challenges and where there is room for improvement.
  • Internal relationship dynamics: We examine relationship dynamics and conscious and unconscious patterns of behavior in interactions within your organization to get to the bottom of any recurring conflict issues and energy-consuming challenges in internal or external communication.
  • Unconscious Conflicts: SyMOA identifies hidden conflicts that are often unconscious but are reactivated again and again in challenging situations as internalized repetitive patterns of behavior that affect the performance of your organization.

3. findings & recommendations for action:

After the analysis, we will provide you with a comprehensive report that gives you clear recommendations for action to address the identified challenges in a targeted manner.
