As a medical psychotherapist and executive coach, I often deal with people who have been made ill by their work or the work context. Managers often get in touch wanting to know how they can help their employees to stay healthy in these challenging times with constantly changing working conditions. We regularly find that it is actually the organization that needs support because it is suffering from its own ailments and - in secret - consuming too much and, above all, unnecessary energy.
About me

- Since 2016, I have been Medical Director of the Department of Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy at the Medical Center - University of Freiburg.
- In addition to my training as a medical specialist and psychotherapist, I have completed several coaching courses and obtained an Executive Master of Change at INSEAD
to support organizations and teams in their transformation. - In addition to individual and team coaching sessions, I have also been offering workshops and keynote speeches for many years on topics such as healthy leadership, resilience and the psychological foundations of change management.
- Through my research work, I know that my skills and tools, which I use daily in clinical psychotherapy, can also be successfully transferred to the world of work - for healthier people in healthier companies.
- Together with my team, we implement tailor-made and long-term concepts at the interface of occupational and organizational psychology, occupational psychosomatics and occupational health management.
